1. Rudraksha & Physical Products

We provide a 7-Day Replacement & Return Guarantee from the date of package delivery. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, or if an independent recognized gemological lab questions the natural authenticity of your Rudraksha bead, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or 100% refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The item must be in its original sacred velvet pouch and packaging.
• The authenticity certificate card and invoice must be returned with the product.
• Custom strung combination malas or silver-encased items modified upon special request are eligible for replacement in case of defects.

3. Online Courses

We stand behind the quality of our practical video training. If you have completed less than 20% of a purchased self-paced video course and are dissatisfied with the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

4. Trust & Business Membership Contributions

Trust membership contributions directly support grassroots human rights campaigns and educational kit distribution. Therefore, membership subscriptions are non-refundable once the official Member ID and Certificate have been generated.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return, email us at info@mumbaiskillzone.com or message our helpline with your Order ID (e.g. MSZ00123) and photos of the parcel. Once approved, reverse pickup is scheduled at no extra cost to you.
